How Will My Gate System Work?
Normal sequence of operation.
You have transmitter or push button that you use to enter the gate. Once you enter your property the gate will automatically close behind you. When leaving your property you drive by a sensor. That sensor will open the gate so you can exit.
For your regular visitors. They will use the keypad to enter the gate. Once they enter your property the gate will automatically close behind them. When your visitors leave your property they will drive by a sensor. That sensor will open the gate so they can exit. If you no longer want to give a visitor access you can delete there code. There are also ways (not included in this kit) for your to contact you through the keypad via intercom, phone line or cellular line. if you require or want this feature call us to discuss your needs and we can add it to this gate automation kit.
Other visitors will not have access to your property without prior notification to you.

The FAAC S418 Electro-mechanical operator is designed for residential swing-leaf gates.
